Please read the following information to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days​ (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully received. During busy seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted international carriers to bring MyTrueLifestyle products to your home. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.
Standard shipping typically takes between 7 and 14 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations.
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or dimensions of your order. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed during the checkout process.
We recommend reviewing your cart summary before completing your purchase to see the final shipping charge.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the destination country, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or prepay these fees.
If you decline to pay customs duties and your package is returned to us, we will process a refund for the merchandise only. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at mytruelifestyle@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility passes to the shipping provider. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
  • Check with neighbors or your building manager
  • Look around your property for safe drop-off locations
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
