Original packaging and tags must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Bedding and throws (unless defective)

Personalized or custom-made products

3. How to Start a Return
